NIMA did not only do New Construction Framing and renovations. NIMA is fully equipped to do complete Siding projects, New patios/outdoor living space, sun room additions, etc.
Throughout 2015, there was allot of these specific types of projects.

NIMA has build over 12+ new construction homes from Single family specs, semi-detached to Large Custom homes. Most of the homes were built in and around the Greater Moncton area and Shediac area.
During the last year, where all of this happened NIMA was able to squeeze in 2 new construction EMS buildings from Framing, siding to interior finishes.

NIMA Construction
was exited to receive this contract, on Main st. in Moncton, NB. The scope of work was to demo the existing, rebuilt and fit up new offices in a old building downtown. It was a very specific job with tight deadlines but NIMA has half of the work completed on time and on budget already. Here is part 1 of the project …
Here you see a picture of the demolition of the space, it is in the early stage of demolition.
On this picture you see the bathroom / kitchenette framing, which falls into the rebuild portion of the job.
Here is the final product of the kitchenette / bathroom.
Below you will see part 2 of the office re-build. NIMA built a false ceiling, bulkheads and layered it with 2x 5/8″ type X for fire rating. The large wholes in the walls will be windows and we will trim all the surroundings with pine. Keep posted for the final product.
NIMA Construction
was hired to do the new EMS building in Jemseg, NB. NIMA was contracted to install roof truss, sheet the roof, frame inside petitions and install the vinyl siding. Here are some pictures of this project.
NIMA is working throughout the province to build these new EMS buildings for the ambulance stations. This one was in Jemseg, NB.
The roof trusses all on, now to install the sheeting.
This project was completed in February, 2015.
