Office demolition / Rebuild

NIMA Construction

was exited to receive this contract, on Main st. in Moncton, NB. The scope of work was to demo the existing, rebuilt and fit up new offices in a old building downtown. It was a very specific job with tight deadlines but NIMA has half of the work completed on time and on budget already. Here is part 1 of the project …

Below you will see part 2 of the office re-build. NIMA built a false ceiling, bulkheads and layered it with 2x 5/8″ type X for fire rating. The large wholes in the walls will be windows and we will trim all the surroundings with pine. Keep posted for the final product.

New EMS building

NIMA Construction

was hired to do the new EMS building in Jemseg, NB. NIMA was contracted to install roof truss, sheet the roof, frame inside petitions and install the vinyl siding. Here are some pictures of this project.

NIMA is working throughout the province to build these new EMS buildings for the ambulance stations. This one was in Jemseg, NB.

Front veranda on a 8 unit renovation project. The entrance to a duplex. We tied in the roof truss into the existing building and build a new deck all around.
